Letter of Invitation
We are happy to send a letter of invitation to any delegate requesting one, if needed. Such an invitation is intended to help potential participants raise travel funds or obtain a visa. It is not a commitment on the part of the conference to provide any financial support. You may request such a letter during the online registration.
Payment of registration fees (in €) can only be made by Debit or Credit Card.
To benefit from early registration fees, payment needs to be received by the respective deadline. In case your payment is not received in time, we will automatically change your registration to the higher fees.
A receipt can be requested during the registration process. Changes in receipt addresses after completing the registration and payment processes are possible via email to email@example.com and will be charged 5€.
Once registered, an automatic email with your Registration Record will be sent to you with a unique and non-transferable link for payment. Be aware this link may only be used once. However, should you require to add another activity post-payment, you could do so by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “ADD ADDITIONAL ITEM”, specifying which activity you would like to add to your conference package in addition to the items already selected and paid for. Only then you will receive a different link to make that particular and additional payment.
The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to sue the organisers for damages should the congress not be held for unexpected political or economic reasons or because of “force majeure”, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other events necessitate programme changes. With his/her registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
The organisers cannot accept liability for personal accident, loss, or damage to private property, which may be incurred as a result of the participation in the LED 2020. Participants are, therefore, advised to arrange appropriate insurance coverage.
