Letter of Invitation
We are happy to send a letter of invitation to any delegate requesting one, if needed. Such an invitation is intended to help potential participants raise travel funds or obtain a visa. It is not a commitment on the part of the conference to provide any financial support. You may request such a letter during the online registration.
Payment of registration fees (in EUR) can only be made by Debit or Credit Card.
To benefit from early registration fees, payment needs to be received by the respective deadline. In case your payment is not received in time, we will automatically change your registration to the higher fees.
An invoice can be requested during the registration process. Changes of invoice addresses after completing the registration and payment processes are possible via email to email@example.com and will be charged with EUR 5.00.
The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to sue the organisers for damages should the congress not be held for unexpected political or economic reasons or because of “force majeure”, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other events necessitate programme changes. With his/her registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
The organisers cannot accept liability for personal accident, loss, or damage to private property, which may be incurred as a result of the participation in the LED 2020. Participants are, therefore, advised to arrange appropriate insurance coverage.
